Expect collaborative mentorship, exposure to projects across the US and Canada, and a supportive environment that emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and sustainable outcomes. Hybrid in-office work is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, or related field
• Preferred: successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months
• Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through internships, volunteering, or memberships
• Creative thinking with methodical, pragmatic problem solving
• Proficient communication and presentation skills with clients and colleagues
