Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program required.
• Transportation or traffic engineering coursework or emphasis preferred.
• No professional engineering experience required; internship/co-op experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAD and 3D design work for intersection, roadway, and highway improvement projects under guidance of experienced engineers.
• Assist with the development of transportation design plans, calculations, and technical documentation; support traffic engineering studies and reports.
• Work with project teams and participate in public engagement activities to communicate project information.
