Ideal candidates are completing a STEM degree in 2027 (Bachelor/Master/PhD) and have internship experience as a Quantitative Researcher, Developer, or Trader, plus proficiency in Python, C++, and machine learning tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Python/C++ and ML exposure
• 1+ internships as Quantitative Researcher/Developer/Trader

Responsibilities

• Optimize current strategy components and identify new opportunities
• Research and test alphas to improve tools and trading efficiency
• Enhance the production trading system and rewrite trades/signals
