The Purdue University Institute of CHIPS and AI is seeking a Graduate Student Aide to support the Leadership Institute and the Director of Professional Education. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate student interested in career development, program management, or higher education administration.

You will assist with administrative tasks, manage social media for the Leadership Institute, help execute programs, coordinate events, and support attendee registration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; should be currently enrolled as a graduate student at PNW, preferably a business major.
  • Motivated and detail-oriented candidate with interest in career development, student services, or higher education administration.
  • Experience with administrative tasks and supporting program activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support and contribute to Leadership Institute projects.
  • Manage, curate, and monitor The Leadership Institute social media sites.
  • Assist faculty and staff with program activity execution.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resources for workshops, seminars, and related events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support and contribute to additional projects for the Leadership Institute as needed
  • Manage, curate, and monitor The Leadership Institute social media sites
  • Assist faculty and staff with the execution of program activities
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resources for workshops, seminars, and other events related to these programs
  • Manage event attendee registration
Education
