You’ll gain hands-on experience in structural engineering, participate in site inspections, meetings, and design refinement, and develop communications to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred: EIT exam completed or ability to take within 12 months (engineering positions).
• Demonstrated interest via internships, volunteering or memberships.
• Creative thinking with methodical, pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and delivering value.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
