Job summary

enGen Summer 2027 Graduate Internship offers graduate students hands-on experience developing and modernizing enterprise healthcare technology solutions. Embedded within the DCSS application development team, interns contribute to application development, API integrations, cloud-enabled solutions, and modernization initiatives supporting critical operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; pursuing a graduate degree in an accredited college or university.
Preferred: master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and other internal or external constituencies in planning and executing assignments.
Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with daily operating objectives and receive mentorship from senior staff.
Undertake and participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise.
Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs aligned with organizational objectives.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
