• Must be admitted and enrolled in a graduate program at Avila University.
• Experience in collegiate softball preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to attend meetings, practices, and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting efforts by evaluating prospective student-athletes, attending recruiting events, and building relationships with recruits.
• Assist in coaching softball athletes, focusing on improving their technique, form, and mental preparation.
• Assist the head coach in executing game strategies during practices and games.
• Assist with scheduling, planning travel itineraries, and gameday preparations.
• Perform any other job-related duties assigned by the Head Coach and Assistant Coaches.
