Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is seeking a graduate to join the Indoor Sales Support stream of the Sales & Management Programme at our Woodford branch. You will generate sales opportunities for field colleagues through inbound and outbound calls and participate in a comprehensive training path.

The programme runs from initial weeks of training to 12+ months of broad sales exposure, with a leadership development track and potential progression into senior roles across the business.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (Business related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary).
• A full UK driving licence or be working towards this.
• Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face‑to‑face.
• Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service.
• A desire to work hard and have fun.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for field sales colleagues via inbound and outbound calls (Indoor Sales Support).
• Participate in a structured graduate programme starting with training and shadowing staff.
• Gain exposure to multiple sales roles and complete introductory sales development elements.
• Progress to leadership development with opportunities to advance to senior sales roles.
