Job summary

Engtal, a Chicago-based staffing firm, is seeking ambitious graduates to start a sales career in a fast-paced environment. You will build a specialist market, develop relationships with clients and candidates, and manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial outreach to offers.

Qualifications

• Graduating Spring/Summer 2027 with intent to join full-time sales.
• Interest in building a career in sales and client development.
• Prior part-time, internship, or similar sales experience.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Willing to work in the Chicago office after graduation.
• Strong work ethic, ambitious mindset, and resilience.
• Degrees in Business, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and build client relationships via calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Meet clients to understand hiring challenges and talent needs.
• Build personal brand and content to attract clients and candidates.
• Headhunt top professionals within your market.
• Screen candidates and conduct qualification calls.
• Manage interview process from submission to offer.
• Negotiate fees, salaries, and offers.
• Attend networking events and become a trusted market voice.
• Build and manage client and candidate network.
