Mara Talent Ltd in Austin is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant focused on STEM. No recruitment experience? We'll teach you everything you need to know. You will learn 360 recruitment, spanning sales, business development and talent acquisition.

Starting in November, with a base of $55,000 plus a $11,250 activity bonus and uncapped commission, the role offers promotions within 12-18 months and an OTE around $80,000 in year one.
