Mara Talent Ltd in Chicago is seeking ambitious graduates to join our STEM-focused team as Junior Recruitment Consultants. The role offers a $50,000 base salary with uncapped commission and an estimated Year 1 OTE of around $80,000, with a November start after degree completion.

You will act as the link between fast-growing STEM businesses and top technical talent, learning 360 recruitment while building relationships with engineers, developers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Learn 360 recruitment, combining sales, business development and talent acquisition.

• Manage recruitment processes from initial conversation to placement.
• Negotiate and close deals, working toward clear targets.
