Job summary

Bayer is seeking graduates to join a Rotational Development Program in Crop Science Product Supply. The program offers three 8-month rotations across focus areas such as Product Supply, Data & Analytics, and Engineering, with hands-on training and mentoring.

Participants will gain cross-functional experience, contribute to improvement initiatives, and be matched to a full-time role upon completion. Location is in Missouri, Creve Coeur, with strong emphasis on career development and work-life

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by May 2026.
• GPA 3.0 or above at graduation.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work well in a team and in diverse, cross-functional settings.
• Willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple focus areas (Product Supply, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, Engineering).
