Job summary

Hartford HealthCare's MidState Medical Center is actively hiring Telemetry Unit Registered Nurses. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care on a busy telemetry floor while supporting new grads in a nurse residency program.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree and a CT RN license within 90 days. BLS certification is required; previous acute care experience is preferred. A supportive team and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license required within 90 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Associate's degree in nursing.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• One-year recent Acute Care RN experience preferred; graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care on the Telemetry Unit.
• Practice at the top of your license using evidence-based care.
• Participate in the Telemetry Nurse Residency program.
