Job summary

Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Graduate Respiratory Therapist to support adult and NICU patients on the 1st shift. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with every-other weekend and holiday rotation, and offers a competitive hourly pay and sign-on bonus.

You will manage ventilators, perform therapeutic procedures, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (associate degree minimum).
• Become certified as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) within 45 days of hire.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.

Job description

Position: Graduate Respiratory Therapist – Adult & NICU
Location: Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville, IL
Schedule: Full-time, 36 hrs/week, 1st Shift (6am‑6pm), every other weekend & holiday rotation
Pay Range: $35.50 – $53.25 per hour
Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 paid through first year
Loan Forgiveness: up to $21,000 for eligible teammates
