Job summary

The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Research Compliance in Edinburg, TX. The student will assist with documentation and submissions related to regulatory research protocols, coordinating with Regulatory Research Coordinators and Post Approval Monitoring to ensure timely processing.

You will maintain records, help prepare required materials, and track submission progress to ensure compliance with Office of Research Compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to a graduate degree program.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Be registered full-time for the respective semester – nine (9) semester credit hours during the fall and spring semesters, or three (3) during summer, or required credits to fulfill the degree plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Office of Research Compliance with documentation and submissions related to regulatory research protocols.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Research Coordinators and Post Approval Monitoring to ensure accurate and timely processing of submissions.
• Maintain records and assist in the preparation and organization of required materials.
• Track the progress of submissions and ensure compliance with Office of Research Compliance procedures.
