Summit Rec2Rec in Austin, TX is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant (2026 graduates) to join the July-September intake. Base salary $40,000–$50,000 plus uncapped commission in a high-performance, sales-driven environment.

You’ll win new business, headhunt top talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced setting. Immediate start for athletes and competitors with a strong work ethic and drive to progress.

Location Requirement:

You must be currently based in Texas (ideally Austin) or willing to relocate to Austin immediately, and hold full right to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
