Join a high-energy, sports and fitness-focused team that's redefining recruitment. Based in Austin, our client is a Technology recruitment agency that helps businesses build elite teams, and they're looking for a competitive, driven individual to join theirs.

You’ll be enrolled in the Sales Fast Track Training Programme, working closely with the Directors and L&D team. From day one, you'll receive hands-on coaching, learning every step of the recruitment and sales process to fast-track your way to becoming a top biller.

This is a business development-focused role, focused on generating new clients and building lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Win new business and expand existing relationships across technology-related industries
• Source and screen candidates through phone, video, and face-to-face interactions
• Work toward weekly and monthly performance goals

Who You Are:

• A sales professional or graduate (fitness industry, tech, or B2B preferred) who knows how to grind and win
• Passionate about sports, wellness, or fitness, or just love a competitive environment
• Financially driven and goal-oriented
