Oscar is searching for a Networking Principal Consultant to join our Tech team with proven experience in 360 recruitment. This is an ideal role for a recruiter who's already built a solid foundation in full-desk agency work and is ready to take ownership of a high-performing des, parterning with industry-leading companies to place top networking professiobals across infrastructure, cloud, and security environments.

What You'll Be Doing

As a 360 Principal Consultant, you'll:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: Business development, candidate pipeline, interviews, offers, and placement
• Drive BD: Target clients across networking, infrastructure, cloud, and security verticals as well as pitch services and establish contracts
• Provide consultative market insights and strategic hiring advice
• Proactively source via LinkedIn, boards, and referrals as well as build and vet shortlists
• Ensure placement excellence: Coach candidates, negotiate offers, and manage smooth transitions
• Reach revenue targets, build pipeline, and grow desk to leadership level

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a 360 recruiter, ideally within the networking, cloud, or broader tech space
• Sales-Driven: Proven track record in BD, strong closing and quota attainment
• Industry Fluency: Familiarity with networking roles like networking engineers, systems admins, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity is a major plus
• Consultative Edge: Strong client-facing presence and polished negotiator
• Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, independent; thrives in fast-paced, target-driven settings
