Job summary

CSG Talent in Tampa is expanding and recruiting for a Graduate Recruiter to join our specialised training programme starting January 2027. You will train alongside seasoned colleagues relocating to Tampa to kick-start our expansion and build a career in executive search.

You will learn headhunting, advertising, sales, negotiating, pitching and account management while supporting senior placements worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a sales role with targets.
• Ideally 1 year in sales or business development after graduation.
• People-oriented with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn and hungry to develop in recruitment.
• Resilience and teamwork are important.

Responsibilities

• Learn headhunting, advertising, sales, negotiating and pitching.
• Place high-level candidates into very senior roles worldwide.
• Work with a high-performing team from day one.
• Participate in group discussions, role plays and team exercises.
