Job summary

CSG Talent in Tampa is launching a Graduate Recruitment Academy and seeks candidates who are motivated to build a recruitment career from day one. You will be trained, coached, and developed, joining a team relocating to Tampa to kick-start expansion.

With a base salary and an uncapped commission, the target is to earn 5x your salary. The role offers a clear career path and a chance to grow within a fast-paced environment in the heart of downtown Tampa.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a sales role; meeting and exceeding targets, working to daily KPIs, held accountable for your own.
• Ideally 1 year in a sales or business development after graduation.
• A people person with strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and resilient in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Place high-level candidates into senior roles across the world, learning and applying recruiting techniques.
• Engage in headhunting, advertising, sales, negotiating, pitching and account management.

We are independent, agile, and people-centric, and due to continued success and growth, we are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitmer to join our specialised training programme in January. We are looking to bring in a few excellent individuals to join our team and work alongside CSG colleagues with years of experience who are relocating to Tampa to kick-start our expansion.

Start date: January 2027

Earnings: Competitive base salary and uncapped commission with the target to earn 5 x your salary.

What is CSG Talent Recruitment Academy?

The CSG Talent Recruitment Academy is like no other Executive Search training programme; you will be trained, coached, supported and developed over a 3-6 month period by our Talent & Development Partner and employed on a full-time, permanent contract from day one. You will learn theory and practical based skills on headhunting, advertising, sales, negotiating, pitching and account management, which will result in placing high-level candidates into very senior jobs across the world. Joining at the same time as other like-minded individuals starting their recruitment careers, you will be part of a tight-knit team and will be involved in group discussions, role play and team exercises - just some of the different ways you'll learn! You will join your high-performing team from day one as an Executive Search Consultant, learning on the job and from everyone around you in addition to our L&D team.

About You!

• Proven track record of success in a sales role; meeting and exceeding targets, working to daily KPI's, held accountable for your own.
• Ideally a minimum of 1 year in a sales or business development after graduation.
• Consider yourself a people's person: a natural flair for relationship building and strong communication skills are essential in this role.
• Proactive in approach: we need candidates who want to learn and are hungry to develop and succeed in this market.
