Job summary

All Options in Austin, TX, seeks Graduate Quantitative Researchers to join a fast‑paced team blending advanced option theory with real market making. You’ll begin with a six‑month training program designed to ground you in options theory, trading systems, and practical tooling from day one.

The first four weeks are cohort-based, with ongoing mentoring, coaching, and technical training. Two start dates exist: February 2027 and August 2027, after which you’ll contribute to research and automated

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a quantitative degree with strong math/CS foundations.
• Interest in financial markets and options trading.
• Ability to translate theory into practical experiments and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Dive into options theory and trading systems with hands-on shadowing.
• Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools.
• Contribute to P&L-generating activities as knowledge grows.
• Develop automated analysis programs and trading algorithms.
• Bridge statistics, trading and technology with data-driven insights.
• Monitor and optimize strategy performance; improve pricing models.
• Maintain and enhance the company codebase and tech stack.
