Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Graduate Studies and Graduate Admissions Committee with graduate program administration and data tracking.
• Coordinate TAships for EEB courses with Chair and Director of Graduate Studies.
• Support recruitment, communications with prospective students, and coordination of events.
• Maintain course information, scheduling, enrollment, budgets and materials; assist with field trips and assessments.
• Provide department-wide administrative support including budgets, supplies, mail, and policy resources.
• Coordinate colloquia, guest speakers, travel reimbursements, and honoraria.
