Heritage Ministries is seeking a Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN) to join our team in Greenhurst, NY. The GPN will supervise the nursing care of residents on assigned units, evaluate resident condition, and document findings under the supervision of an RN.

• Supports and promotes the nursing department functions on the unit by following established policies and procedures.
• Responds to nursing and building emergencies according to established policy and procedure and to nursing/facility emergencies per established policies and procedures.
• Conducts regular rounds on the unit and notifies appropriate personnel of findings.

Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking a Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN) to join our team! The Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN) isresponsible for supervising the nursing care of residents on assigned units. They will provide appropriate evaluation of resident condition/and documents, communicating vital information to appropriate personnel. The GPN ensures the delivery of nursing care on the unit is consistent with facility standards, and established policies and procedures. You will be supervised by an RN at all times.
