Genesis HealthCare, Inc. in Bloomfield, NM is seeking a newly graduated Practical Nurse (LPN) for on-site care delivery at our Bloomfield center. Attend the job fair on 9/25/26 at 803 Hacienda Lane, Bloomfield, NM 87413, 10 am–2 pm to learn more and apply.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, medication administration, and supervising unlicensed staff under RN direction. Qualifications include graduation from a approved vocational nursing program and active or pending LPN

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing.
• Must be licensed by the State Board of Nursing or be pending licensure.
• Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
