Genesis Administrative Services LLC in Bloomfield, NM, is hosting a job fair for newly graduated nurses on 9/25/26 from 10 am–2 pm at 803 Hacienda Lane, Bloomfield, NM 87413. This on-site event welcomes those starting a career in long-term care and offers pathways for growth and advancement.

Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver nursing care, perform assessments, and collaborate with the team to develop care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing; must be licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under RN supervision.
• Perform nursing assessments and delegate aspects of care to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with nursing team and other disciplines to develop plans of care.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts.

• After an orientation period and under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident and family satisfaction.
