Job summary
New Mark Rehab & Healthcare Center in Missouri is hiring Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) to join a compassionate, mission-driven team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support physicians and families.
New grads are welcome. Shifts are 12-hour, with full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities and flexible scheduling to support growth and professional development within a supportive leadership structure.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Practical Nursing program and eligibility for Missouri licensure.
- New grads welcome to apply.
- Interest in long-term care and compassionate resident support.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
- Administer and record medications and treatments.
- Assist physicians with procedures and treatments.
- Educate and support residents and their families.
- Participate in care planning and evaluation with the team.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
- Document observations and care provided.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable environment; may serve as charge nurse.
