Qualifications

• GPNs: Completion of a Practical Nursing program and eligibility for Missouri licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Administer and record medications/treatments.
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments.
• Educate and support residents and their families.
• Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Document observations and care provided.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse.
