Job summary

New Mark Rehab & Healthcare Center in Missouri is hiring Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) to join a compassionate, mission-driven team. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, assist physicians, educate residents and families, and participate in care planning and evaluations.

New grads are welcome, with 12-hour shifts and flexible scheduling across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits support professional growth and patient-centered care.

• GPNs must complete a Practical Nursing program and be eligible for Missouri licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned
• Administer and record medications/treatments
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments

• Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Document observations and care provided
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment
• May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse
