Job summary

Highmark Health offers the Summer 2027 Population Health Analytics Graduate Internship to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of healthcare, data analytics, and population health strategy. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Pursuit of a graduate degree in Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Epidemiology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day problems.
Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives and receive mentorship from senior personnel.
Undertake and participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise.
Participate in planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
Contribute research and reporting with recommendations or alternative proposals as requested by management.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs aligned with the unit objectives.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
