Options IT in New York is launching its Graduate & Placement Programme. We welcome graduates and students from diverse disciplines to join a growing team focused on financial technology and client-facing initiatives.

The role requires a full-time, office-based start for at least the first 12 months, with opportunities for development, travel, and exposure to global fintech projects.

• Previous start-up, technology or business experience.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent in related field.
• A passion for start-ups, innovation and financial technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills with client facing experience.
• Project management skills and proven ability to manage own workload.
