CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern role in New Jersey to immerse you in store operations, patient care, and pharmacy services as you transition from classroom to practice. You will work under a licensed pharmacist, learn SOPs, and progressively take on more responsibilities within the district.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, patient safety, and professional development toward pharmacist responsibilities, with a 120-day road map and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines. Failure to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation will result in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Deliver patient care with empathy and accuracy while following SOPs and CVS policies.
• Assist with immunizations, drug utilization review, and safe prescription processing under supervision.
• Support pharmacy team in counseling patients and ensuring safe, timely medication access
