Job summary

CVS Health's Graduate Pharmacy Intern program provides real-world experience for PharmD graduates within our pharmacy teams. You will complete a comprehensive training roadmap under a preceptor and District Leader to build knowledge of store operations, patient safety, and drug utilization review.

As tenure and readiness grow, you will assume greater responsibilities in pharmacy management and operations, including immunizations where allowed by state regulations, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a US-accredited program.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within state guidelines.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete required training within 120 days of graduation.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate, and timely prescription fulfillment.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring service to patients and colleagues.
• Follow SOPs and support safe immunizations where allowed by law.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed to support operations.
