Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor and district leader, completing a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation designed to deepen store, district, and regional operations.

Through hands-on experience, you will support pharmacy teams to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately, and promptly, while learning SOPs, best practices, and effective communication

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Demonstration of empathy and patient-centered service
• Maintain labeling accuracy and patient safety in prescriptions
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law
