Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within state guidelines
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

• Participate in immunization services and other patient-care activities where allowed
