Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program in Winchester, VA. You will apply your pharmacy education to real-world practice under a preceptor, following a structured 120‑day training roadmap to deepen understanding of store, district, and regional operations.

You’ll assist the pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions, learn SOPs, and grow toward greater responsibility while delivering compassionate service to patients across shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post-Graduate Training Program
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the state‑required timeframe (120 days)
• Must possess or be pursuing intern/technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure timely, safe prescription fulfillment
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety and privacy
• Assist in immunizations, DUR and patient counseling when applicable
• Learn and apply pharmacy operations, inventory control, and workflow procedures
