Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our pharmacy team in the Philadelphia area. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice, following a structured 120‑day training roadmap under supervision to prepare for a Pharmacist role.

You will help ensure safe, timely, and accurate prescription fulfillment, learn patient counseling, and participate in immunization and other services where allowed by law, while upholding SOPs and CVS standards.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program prior to starting the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines (within 120 days of graduation).
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Attend to regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Support pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient service.
• Assist pharmacists and technicians in dispensing and counseling under supervision.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs and travel to stores in the market as needed.
