Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to support our pharmacy teams and learn under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist. You will apply didactic knowledge to real-world practice, follow SOPs, and contribute to safe, accurate prescription processing.

You will progress through a 120‑day training roadmap, focusing on patient safety, drug utilization review, and compassionate service while preparing for a Pharmacist role. This is a part‑time internship at CVS Health locations.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within regulatory timelines.
• Intern/Technician licensure in progress or obtained.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients and answer questions under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
• Adhere to SOPs, protect patient privacy, and ensure safety.
