Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States invites applications for a Graduate Pharmacy Intern. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice, support the pharmacy team, and follow a structured 120-day training roadmap to prepare for a Pharmacist role.

Under supervision, you will learn patient safety, DUR, SOPs, and compassionate care, while preparing prescriptions, immunizations, and other services. You’ll travel as needed within the market and grow toward greater responsibility.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Follow SOPs and ensure patient safety and accurate dispensing
• Provide counseling and outreach to patients and staff as directed by pharmacist
• Support immunizations and other pharmacy services where allowed by law
