Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a licensed pharmacist. You will follow a 120‑day training roadmap in-store, focusing on patient safety, DUR, and SOP adherence while delivering accurate, compassionate service to patients.

As you gain readiness, you’ll take on greater pharmacy oversight, participate in immunizations when qualified, and assist in inventory, counseling, and drive‑thru workflows in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Support pharmacy operations to ensure timely, safe prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients and respond to questions under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist with immunizations and other patient care services where allowed by law and training.
• Adhere to SOPs and protect patient privacy and safety.
