Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to bridge didactic learning with real‑world pharmacy practice in a retail setting. Under a preceptor, you’ll complete a 120‑day training roadmap, learn store and district operations, ensure safe and accurate dispensing, and deliver compassionate, patient‑centered service while upholding SOPs and regulatory standards.

You will assist the pharmacy team, expand clinical knowledge, and may participate in immunizations and other services where allowed,

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a US accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ensure prescription accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and support pharmacy team.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Adhere to SOPs and patient privacy requirements.
• Support immunizations and point‑of‑care services where allowed.
