Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a US-accredited program prior to starting the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines; failure to do so within 120 days may lead to separation of employment
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure timely, safe, and accurate patient service
• Learn to counsel patients and handle telephonic prescriptions under supervision
• Contribute to patient safety and error prevention within SOPs and standards
