Job summary

CVS Health in Clarksville, TN invites PharmD graduates to join our Graduate Pharmacy Intern program. You will apply your didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor, progressing toward Pharmacist responsibilities.

You will learn SOPs, patient safety, DUR, immunizations, and provide empathetic care while preparing for licensure and greater store operations responsibilities.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation per state guidelines
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and focus to ensure accurate prescription labeling and patient safety
• Customer service and teamwork orientation to help patients and colleagues
• Clear verbal and written communication and active listening
• Comply with SOPs and support pharmacy operations and patient care
