Job summary

CVS Health is seeking Graduate Pharmacy Interns to support pharmacy teams and learn under a structured 120-day training roadmap. The program emphasizes patient safety, accuracy in dispensing, and high‑quality service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

You will work with pharmacists and technicians, learning SOPs, red flag detection, and empathetic patient care while preparing for future pharmacist responsibilities.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and focus on accurate prescription labeling and patient safety.
• Customer service and teamwork to support pharmacy operations.
• Communication and math skills for effective dispensing and patient interaction.
