Job summary

CVS Health offers a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program that blends didactic learning with real-world practice in our retail pharmacies. Under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist and district leader, you will complete a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap to deepen your knowledge of store operations, patient safety, and drug utilization review.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe (120 days).
• Must have or be pursuing intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Learn SOPs, patient safety practices, and effective communication.
• Assist with immunizations and essential patient care activities when appropriate.
