Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in CVS locations. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor, completing a 120-day training roadmap to prepare for pharmacist responsibilities.

You will assist with dispensing, patient counseling, and SOP adherence while developing clinical and technical knowledge to better assist patients within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe (120 days).
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Assist the pharmacy team under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Provide customer service and counseling as part of the patient care team.
• Complete training roadmap within 120 days of graduation.
