Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real-world practice under a pharmacist preceptor. You will follow a 120‑day training roadmap to deepen knowledge of store operations, patient safety, DUR, and professional standards while supporting the pharmacy team to deliver safe, compassionate care.

You may take on increasing responsibilities, including immunizations and patient counseling, while meeting regulatory requirements and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate eligibility for Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure patient prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Support immunizations and other pharmacy services where allowed by law and training.
