You\'ll complete a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap, learn SOPs, patient safety, drug utilization review, and professional standards while preparing for a Pharmacist role. This role offers growth in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure that prescriptions are filled safely, promptly, and accurately
• Complete the 120‑day comprehensive training roadmap under the guidance of a preceptor and district leader
• Follow SOPs, maintain patient safety, and uphold professional standards including DUR and ethical guidelines
• Provide empathetic customer service and contribute to a safe, inclusive culture in the pharmacy team
