Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our Retail pharmacy team. You will apply didactic learning to real‑world practice under a pharmacist preceptor, completing a 120‑day training roadmap while preparing for licensure and increasing responsibility.

Throughout your shifts, you will follow SOPs, ensure safe prescription fulfillment, and deliver compassionate, patient‑centered service. Opportunities to assist with immunizations and store operations will grow with experience.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines. Failure to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation will result in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Attend regular shifts and complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring customer service while upholding SOPs and patient privacy.
• Support immunizations and point‑of‑care services where allowed by law and training.
