You will apply your didactic education to real-world practice under the guidance of a preceptor and District Leader, completing a 120-day training roadmap to deepen your understanding of store, district, and regional operations.

Throughout hands-on experience, you will learn patient safety, DUR, SOPs, and standard practices while delivering caring service that exceeds patient expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be a PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program.
• Must be able to obtain pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must hold, or be pursuing, intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including weekends, and completion of training within 120 days.
• Demonstrate empathy and customer-focused service to patients.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient safety.
