CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our pharmacy team in Alabama. You will apply your didactic training to real-world practice under the supervision of a preceptor to prepare for a pharmacist role.

You will follow a structured 120‑day training roadmap, learn to manage immunizations, DUR, and patient counseling, and support operations ensuring safe, accurate prescription processing across pharmacy workflows.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure that prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety and confidentiality.
• Provide immunizations, counseling, and patient education under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
